Jewelry maintenance guide

Jewelry is not covered by warranty as it is susceptible to mechanical damage caused by the user and normal wear and tear.

Take care of your jewelry and protect it from scratching, staining and other damages so as to keep its beauty and shine.

After each wear, store your jewelry in the original box that you received from the store. This is the best way to protect your jewelry from scratching, staining and other damages. Do not put more than one piece of jewelry in the same box.

Jewelry collects impurities, oil and epithelial cells from your skin because it is in close contact with it. In order to remain beautiful and shiny at all times, jewelry requires regular maintenance. Always use dry and soft cloth to clean your jewelry, and if needed, wipe it gently with damp soft cloth before you dry it thoroughly with a dry soft cloth. Never use paper or cleaning products.

Avoid contact with soap, lotions, perfumes, hairsprays or any chemical agent, bleach etc. All of them contain chemical substances that can be harmful. Always put your jewelry on after you have applied your makeup.

Take off your jewelry before taking a shower, or before entering the sea, a swimming pool, sauna or alike. Avoid submerging your jewelry in water. Do not use hot water, steam dryer or an ultrasonic cleaner to clean your jewelry.

Remove your jewelry before any physical activity, as it can cause mechanical damage or excessive sweating, which can affect the appearance of your jewelry. Aggressive sweat affects the shine and the durability of your jewelry as, once the sweat has dried, its electrolytes stick onto your jewelry.

Do not expose your jewelry to extreme temperatures, especially not in direct sunlight for a longer period of time. Never leave your jewelry in a car.

Before going to bed, take your jewelry off to avoid mechanical damage.

Keep in mind that intensive daily use changes the shine and appearance of your jewelry when the process of aging and wear occurs.

In spite of the fact that the jewelry is made of high quality material, in rare cases it can cause skin reaction with hypersensitive users. That is why each customer is individually responsible for any allergic reaction that may occur as a result of their health issue. None of the given information is a medical advice.
