When the courier delivers your product, check the product immediately in their presence. Contact us within 24 hours of the receipt of the delivery. Our operator will inform you about the next steps at the earliest convenience.

You can return the product within 15 days of its purchase, and the exchange can be made within 30 days of the purchase. The product must be undamaged and unused, wrapped in its original package, with all documents that you received at the purchase (fiscal receipt/invoice, warranty, etc.) enclosed.
