Deleting your data

If you have messaged us on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, or left a Google review, you can ask us to delete your messages and the data linked to them.

How to request deletion (choose one):

1. E-mail dragana@mytime.mk (data protection officer) with the subject “Data deletion”. Tell us which network you used and the name or username you use there.

2. Or send us the message “Delete my data” in the same Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp conversation.

3. Or fill in the data subject rights request form linked from our Privacy Policy.

What we delete: the text of your messages and comments, your name or username, your phone number (WhatsApp) and our internal notes about the conversation.

Time: within 30 days of your request at the latest. We will tell you when it is done.

What remains:

data we must keep by law, for example for an order, invoice, exchange or complaint, for the periods stated in our Privacy Policy;
the copy of the conversation in your own app (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp), which you control and can delete there;
your Google review, which you can delete from your Google profile; we delete our reply to it on request.

We do not use Facebook or Instagram login on our sites, so there is no app to remove from your profile settings.
